Thank you for visiting and shopping at CXNT. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Our Shipping Policy forms part of and must be read in conjunction with, our Terms and Conditions of Sale. We reserve the right to change this Shipping Policy at any time.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local Royal Mail depot shipment volumes.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates to United Kingdom & delivery estimates
A standard rate of £3.99 will be added to your order for UK shipments.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We, as well as all our delivery partners, work as hard as we can to get your products out to you as fast as possible.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
CXNT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
CXNT are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
